Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, assessments, and refer candidates for client roles at any level of seniority.

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their current hiring requirements and fulfill their expectations.

• Manage the complete recruitment process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating job offers.

• Strategize and implement sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.

• Assess candidates by engaging with managers to discuss job specifications and qualifications.

• Oversee the interview process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Cultivate partnerships with universities to facilitate on-site interviews.

• Proactively reach out and recruit experienced candidates through cold calling.

• Experience in proactively sourcing candidates.

• At least 1–2 years of recruiting experience required.

• Prior experience in staffing agency recruitment is preferred.

• Experience in recruiting within the gaming industry is a plus.
