Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, assessments, and recommend candidates for client roles across all seniority levels.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their current hiring requirements and fulfill their expectations.

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and negotiating job offers.

• Design and execute sourcing strategies aimed at attracting high-caliber talent.

• Assess candidates by engaging with managers to discuss job specifications and qualifications.

• Oversee the interview process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Foster relationships with universities to facilitate on-campus interviews.

• Actively recruit experienced candidates through cold calling and other methods for various roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills; capable of quickly adjusting to shifting priorities.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

• Ability to cultivate relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong sense of urgency and capability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in proactively sourcing candidates is essential.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of recruiting experience is required.

• Prior experience in staffing agency recruitment is preferred.

• Experience in recruitment within the gaming industry is a plus.
