Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, assessments, and referrals for candidates applying to client roles of various levels.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their current hiring requirements and fulfill their expectations.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and negotiating job offers.

• Design and execute sourcing strategies aimed at attracting top-tier talent.

• Assess candidates by discussing job specifications and qualifications with hiring managers.

• Manage the interview process to ensure a favorable experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Build partnerships with universities to facilitate on-site interviews.

• Proactively reach out and recruit experienced candidates through cold calling.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in proactively sourcing candidates.

• At least 1–2 years of recruiting experience.

• Experience in staffing agency recruitment is preferred.

• Experience in recruiting for the gaming industry is a plus.
