Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, assessments, and recommend candidates for client roles across all levels of seniority.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements and fulfill their expectations.

• Manage the complete recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and negotiating job offers.

• Strategize and execute sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier talent.

• Assess candidates in accordance with job specifications and qualifications alongside hiring managers.

• Facilitate the interview process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Build partnerships with universities to organize on-site interviews.

• Proactively reach out and recruit experienced candidates through cold calling.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in proactively sourcing candidates.

• At least 1–2 years of recruiting experience.

• Experience in staffing agency recruitment (preferred).

• Background in gaming industry recruitment (preferred).
