📋 Description

• Promote job vacancies across key platforms and social media channels

• Organize and oversee recruitment workflows on the company’s platform

• Identify and choose qualified candidates

• Conduct virtual interviews and create comprehensive evaluations

• Offer dedicated support and ensure candidates receive timely feedback

• Guide referred professionals through the hiring process

• Engage in training sessions and meetings aimed at alignment and best practices

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection

• Capability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and proactive candidate sourcing

• Strong organizational skills, commitment, and effective communication

• Empathy with a focus on enhancing the candidate experience

• Availability for regular meetings and training sessions

• Technical diploma or vocational certification
