• Adhere to recruitment timelines and meet established deliverables.

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.

• Prior experience as a freelance recruiter is preferred.

• Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving deliverables.

• Highly organized and effective communicator.

• Capability to implement human-centered recruitment strategies that enhance candidate experience.

• Experience in managing a significant number of job openings.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of urgency.

• Consultative and strategic mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
