Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process for a large number of external sales representatives

• Promote available positions, review resumes, and carry out interviews

• Effectively refer candidates who align with the specified profile

• Daily submission of candidates and tracking the progress of each role

• Adhere to set deadlines and consistently update project statuses

• Collaborate with RHF Talentos management and the client

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a recruiter, particularly in high-volume hiring scenarios

• Familiarity with the São Paulo city market and the ability to recruit efficiently in this area

• Excellent organizational skills, strong discipline, and a focus on results

• Accountability for meeting deadlines and making daily submissions

• Availability during business hours and commitment to the project

• Capability to handle multiple openings at once without sacrificing quality

• Active CNPJ registration is necessary for payment purposes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

• Preferred professional experience: 1–3 years
