Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate recruitment and selection processes for various roles and levels of seniority.

• Advertise job vacancies on job boards, social media, and specialized platforms.

• Evaluate and review resumes based on the specific requirements of each role.

• Engage in proactive candidate sourcing when needed.

• Reach out to and pre-qualify potential candidates.

• Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

• Compile and organize information regarding shortlisted candidates for presentation.

• Assist candidates throughout the various stages of the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in systems and processes.

• Track the progress of positions under your jurisdiction and adhere to established deadlines.

• Provide regular updates on the status of recruitment processes.

• Attend meetings and training sessions to align processes and exchange best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection.

• Background in candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation.

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and digital tools.

• Capability to conduct recruitment processes remotely.

• Strong organizational skills and agility to manage multiple roles concurrently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A dynamic, courteous, responsible, and results-driven demeanor.

• Self-sufficiency and the ability to structure your own work routine.

• Availability for meetings, interviews, and tasks agreed upon in advance.

• Personal equipment for work, including a computer or laptop with a camera and microphone, along with dependable internet access.

• High school diploma.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
