Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advertise job openings on the Pandapé-Infojobs platform as well as other key channels.

• Design and organize recruitment workflows on the platform.

• Review resumes and proactively seek out qualified candidates.

• Administer and evaluate behavioral and technical assessments as required.

• Conduct interviews and engage candidates through various activities, including online sessions.

• Prepare comprehensive candidate evaluations that align with company standards.

• Offer candidates courteous support throughout all phases of the hiring process.

• Ensure that every participating candidate receives constructive feedback.

• Engage in training sessions and team meetings to synchronize processes and establish best practices.

• Follow up with referred candidates until the hiring process is completed.

• Adhere to deadlines and guarantee the high-quality execution of recruitment processes.

• Operate independently in recruiting and selecting professionals across multiple functions and organizational tiers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline, either completed or in progress.

• Demonstrable experience in comprehensive recruitment and selection across various industries and organizational levels.

• Familiarity with and proficiency in recruitment tools, including ATS platforms, LinkedIn, vacancy tracking systems, and assessment tools.

• Ability to work as an independent contractor.

• Capacity to work remotely with a high degree of autonomy and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Skilled at working with a diverse range of client and candidate profiles.

• Possess empathy and a strong emphasis on enhancing the candidate experience.

• Willingness to participate in regular meetings and training sessions.

• Capability to independently manage full recruitment processes.

• Previous experience as a freelancer or independent professional is advantageous.
