Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish

• Promote job openings through suitable channels

• Engage in candidate search and proactive sourcing

• Evaluate resumes and pinpoint qualified candidates

• Conduct competency-based interviews

• Prepare evaluations of candidates who have been interviewed

• Recommend qualified candidates for the subsequent stages of the hiring process

• Maintain communication with candidates and monitor their progress until the selection process is complete

• Keep information and stages of the process updated

• Independently handle recruitment, sourcing, interviews, and candidate presentations

• Collaborate in recruitment efforts for various clients, industries, and levels of seniority

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Background in Recruitment and Selection

• Proficiency in candidate search and proactive sourcing

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recruitment processes autonomously

• Adaptability and dedication to meeting deadlines

• Capability to handle multiple vacancies and candidate profiles at once

• Results-driven approach

• Preferred: prior experience as a freelance recruiter, in HR consulting, or recruiting across various industries and seniority levels

• Interest in freelance work and agreement to a compensation model based solely on success fees
