Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Promote job vacancies across employment sites, social media channels, and talent databases.

• Evaluate resumes and carry out initial candidate assessments.

• Perform competency-based, telephone, and online interviews.

• Oversee the complete candidate pipeline within the PandaPé ATS, including registration, progression stages, and record management.

• Present shortlisted candidates and gather feedback.

• Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Handle comprehensive recruitment processes for clients, from initial alignment to final hiring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Recruitment and Selection, with the ability to independently manage hiring procedures.

• Familiarity with the PandaPé ATS.

• Personal computer and a dependable internet connection for conducting online interviews and ensuring seamless remote work.

• Availability during business hours, Monday to Friday, to focus on recruitment activities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to deadlines.

• High school diploma is preferred.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
