Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identification of candidates that align with client needs.

• Assessment of profiles through interviews.

• Preparation of reports.

• Submission of candidate applications to clients.

• Independent management of selection processes utilizing proprietary methods and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a recruiter or headhunter (either in-house or freelance).

• Ability to manage selection processes from start to finish.

• Use of your own sourcing and tracking tools.

• Strong client orientation and focus on closing processes.

• Capability to operate under freelance conditions or as a self-employed individual.

• Residency in Spain and ability to invoice as a self-employed person in Spain.

• Ideally, specialization in industrial trades, technical profiles, and middle management roles.
