This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Suggest appropriate candidates for our clients' open positions.

• Utilize your network, recruiting platforms, or existing candidate connections.

• Perform an initial evaluation of candidates' qualifications, experience, language proficiency, and availability.

• Submit qualified candidates through Uvvo.

• Collaborate with Uvvo regarding appropriate job openings and candidate profiles.

• Uvvo handles interactions with companies; your focus will be on identifying and recommending suitable candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in recruiting, active sourcing, HR, or working in a recruitment agency is beneficial.

• Access to qualified candidates located in Germany.

• Familiarity with professional qualifications, resumes, and application materials.

• Careful and professional management of candidate information.

• Proficient in German; proficiency in English is a plus.

• Self-sufficient, dependable, and results-driven work ethic.

• Candidates who are already residing in Germany or possess a valid work permit are especially relevant.

• Please note that Uvvo does not provide assistance with visa or work permit applications.
