This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

• Oversee a variety of client projects spanning different industries and time zones, ensuring that scope, timelines, and budgets are adhered to.

• Collaborate with clients to establish project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Facilitate discovery phases and workshops to gain insights into business requirements.

• Decompose intricate requirements into manageable iterations for engineering teams.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including backlogs and roadmaps.

• Conduct Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.

• Keep clients informed on project status, risks, and decision-making processes.

• Scope and estimate new projects, contribute to proposals, and assist in presales activities.

• Work collaboratively with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure features align with expectations and user requirements.

• Monitor project health through KPIs and identify potential risks.

• Validate completed features against agreed specifications prior to delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience within a digital agency setting.

• Practical experience with the presales process, including writing proposals, scoping projects, and facilitating discovery workshops.

• Strong knowledge of the digital product development lifecycle and a product management perspective.

• Experience in managing backlogs, drafting user stories, and operating within an Agile delivery framework.

• Ability to challenge client requirements effectively and advocate for solutions that address the core business issue.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.

• Experience in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar project management software.

• Willingness to work across US and European time zones.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level or higher.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for client interactions.

• Experience collaborating with distributed international teams across various countries and time zones.
