📋 Description

• Create compelling pitch decks and professional one-pagers customized for targeted audiences.

• Transform intricate data into straightforward visual narratives, focusing on minimalism and a clear information hierarchy.

• Enhance presentations with bespoke fonts, sophisticated animations, and cohesive visual designs.

• Implement a refined, convincing, premium corporate-and-creative style across all deliverables.

• Ensure visual consistency, pacing, formatting quality, and adherence to brand standards prior to final submission.

• Develop polished, presentation-ready materials for the Tendem project using PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or other related creative disciplines is advantageous.

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization work.

• A thorough understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design principles.

• A methodical and detail-oriented mindset.

• Capability to work independently and convert complex narratives into high-quality visuals.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or equivalent presentation software.

• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.

• Ability to simplify complex data and multi-layered hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual stories.

• Advanced skills in using custom fonts and creating smooth, elegant animations.

• Practical experience in designing high-end, premium corporate-and-creative style layouts.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to visual excellence.

• Self-motivated work ethic and the ability to independently resolve design challenges.

• Proficiency in English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher (mandatory).

• CV must include a portfolio link showcasing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization; applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant presentation examples will not be considered.
