Freelance Paid Social, Lead Generation Specialist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a lead generation strategy for social media, focusing primarily on Instagram.

• Establish, launch, and enhance paid social media and targeted advertising campaigns.

• Create and continuously refine a lead generation funnel to attract suitable B2B partners.

• Formulate a social media content plan and oversee regular content distribution.

• Generate or coordinate content, including posts, visuals, and advertising creatives.

• Identify target demographics and devise effective acquisition strategies.

• Experiment with audiences, creatives, messaging, and campaign formats to boost lead quality and quantity.

• Assess campaign performance and interpret results.

• Monitor the quantity and quality of leads produced and pinpoint optimization opportunities.

• Deliver regular performance updates and strategic recommendations.

• Propose new channels, tools, or methods that could yield improved outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in paid social media, performance marketing, and/or lead generation.

• Practical experience in managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns.

• Strong comprehension of generating and qualifying B2B leads via social media platforms.

• Proven ability to achieve measurable business outcomes through social media acquisition.

• Experience in independently setting up campaigns, evaluating performance, and optimizing based on data insights.

• Solid understanding of audiences, targeting strategies, conversion funnels, and lead quality metrics.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Results-driven approach focused on lead quality enhancement.

• Good grasp of content creation and social media communication practices.

• Proficiency in English - B2+ level.

• Experience in dating, creator economy, influencer marketing, entertainment, or related sectors is beneficial but not essential.

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, copywriting, or visual generation is a plus.
