📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to the offer stage.

• Employ advanced sourcing methodologies, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to discover passive, high-quality talent.

• Evaluate resumes and perform in-depth technical screenings for skills related to Medical Communications, Advertising, and Market Access.

• Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to grasp complex hiring needs and deliver regular market insights.

• Direct the full talent acquisition process for high-priority, specialized client services, scientific, and creative positions.

• Contribute to a dynamic and expanding global organization.

• Handle a significant volume of technical requisitions and assist in building teams across the healthcare sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of focused experience in recruiting within the medcomms, life sciences, or biotech fields (either agency or in-house).

• A strong comprehension of the medical communications, advertising, and market access landscapes.

• A proven history of succeeding in a fast-paced agency setting, managing multiple active roles without sacrificing candidate quality.

• Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse).
