• Provide support for various digital learning projects on a fee-for-service basis.

• Contribute to MBA programs, MOOCs, competency-based training, and technology-driven learning solutions.

• Design engaging, innovative, and impactful digital learning experiences.

• Utilize instructional design, digital pedagogy, and learning technologies.

• Convert learning requirements into high-quality, engaging, and pedagogically sound learning experiences.

• Collaborate with OES project teams and stakeholders.

• Achieve agreed-upon outcomes.

• Incorporate creativity, innovation, and modern learning design practices.

• Utilize emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance design quality, boost efficiency, and create exceptional learner experiences.

• Mid to Senior-Level Freelance Learning Designer.

• Strong proficiency in instructional design.

• Extensive knowledge of digital pedagogy.

• In-depth expertise in learning technologies.

• Ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.

• Creativity, innovation, and a grasp of contemporary learning design practices.

• Interest in utilizing emerging technologies, including Generative AI.

• Must be able to operate as an independent contractor on a fee-for-service basis.

• Work will be assigned based on client and project needs.

• Scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and professional fees will be established in advance for each engagement.
