Freelance Instructor – Digital Recruiting, Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate course content utilizing the teaching resources provided internally.

• Deliver expert, practice-focused instruction.

• Accept teaching assignments for both short-term and medium-term periods.

• Offer support and assistance to participants.

• Conduct live classes from Monday to Thursday, 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

• Encourage independent learning from Monday to Thursday, 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; attendance during these hours is not mandatory.

• Engage in the three initially scheduled pilot sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven qualifications in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources management, or a related field.

• Relevant professional experience in digital recruiting along with the application of modern recruiting techniques and tools.

• Experience in active sourcing, digital outreach to candidates, and working with applicant tracking systems.

• A willingness to work with the provided teaching materials and present them in a practical, engaging manner.

• Hands-on experience in adult education.

• Passion for sharing knowledge coupled with strong teaching abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and technical competence.

• Ability to work independently and adapt flexibly.

• Confident use of digital tools and learning management platforms.

• Proficiency in the German language (minimum C1 level).
