Freelance Inbound Customer Service Representative – German C1/C2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Engage in diverse inbound customer service initiatives for various clients

• Address customer inquiries via phone and written communication

• Provide solutions to customer queries and resolve issues effectively

• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout interactions

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in an EU country, excluding Germany

• Possess a registered business with a valid VAT ID

• Prior experience as an agent or in a comparable customer service position

• Proficient in the German language at C1 or C2 level, both verbally and in writing

• Friendly attitude, solution-focused mindset, and excellent communication abilities

• Basic technical skills with standard tools and systems, including CRM and ticketing platforms

• Officially registered as a freelancer and permitted to work within the EU

• Have a designated workspace and a reliable internet connection
