Freelance Game LQA Tester, English – German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify, isolate, document, and resolve localization and linguistic challenges.

• Confirm fixes by utilizing testing tools or databases.

• Adhere to and complete test cases and checklists.

• Conduct targeted testing and implement relevant testing processes and procedures.

• Compose bug reports in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

• Leverage knowledge of target-market user preferences to impact the client’s product positively.

• Proactively detect gaps in testing coverage.

• Collaborate with partner teams in product testing.

• Offer constructive feedback regarding gameplay, enjoyment, and game balance.

• Execute manual testing across diverse gaming platforms.

• Carry out additional relevant tasks as required for the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for video games and a regular gamer.

• Native proficiency in German, with outstanding spelling and grammar skills.

• Proficient in English for following instructions, understanding testing documentation, and team communication.

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A degree in computer science, game design, or a related field is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Openness to learning and receiving constructive criticism.

• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with digital technologies, including mobile devices, tablets, and browser tools.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• Capability to excel and deliver results in a fast-paced, innovative, and creative environment.
