Freelance FinTech Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract top-tier FinTech candidates in the EU and UK markets.

• Oversee critical phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, evaluating, and qualifying candidates.

• Conduct thorough structured interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, motivation, and cultural alignment.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of FinTech talent for both current and future opportunities.

• Work closely with the HHHub team on ongoing search initiatives and hiring strategies.

• Offer insights regarding candidate availability, salary expectations, and market dynamics.

• Uphold exceptional standards of candidate experience and communication throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in FinTech, payments, or financial services.

• Significant expertise in direct sourcing and utilizing LinkedIn for outreach.

• Experience in the EU and/or UK hiring landscapes.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in the local market language or Russian is a plus.

• Capability to work autonomously and efficiently manage recruitment pipelines.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Proactive and results-oriented approach.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to independently oversee recruitment processes.

• A collaborative mindset with a focus on enhancing the candidate experience.
