This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, design, and implement both manual and automated tests, taking into account functional and non-functional requirements.

• Develop and sustain test automation utilizing various techniques and methodologies.

• Conduct voice and text testing when applicable.

• Create and execute test cases, documenting any failures and issues encountered.

• Carry out retesting and monitor defect resolutions in alignment with priorities and deadlines.

• Conduct API, performance, and integration testing.

• Utilize testing and automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, Postman, and Robot Framework.

• Assist in executing continuous integration pipelines with Azure DevOps CI/CD.

• Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders involved in the quality assurance process.

• Engage with agile methodologies, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of QA processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Possess at least one of the following certifications (or an equivalent): ATC – Certified Test Analyst (IBQTS); CBTS – Brazilian Software Testing Certification (ALATS); CTFL – Certified Tester Foundation Level.

• Experience in both manual testing and test automation.

• Strong understanding of software testing techniques and methodologies.

• Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver, Postman, Robot Framework, and JMeter.

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of C#, .NET, or JavaScript.

• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).

• Strong analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and effective communication skills.

• Preferred: CTAL-TAE, CTAL-TA, or CTAL-TM certifications; experience in financial services or credit-related projects; familiarity with API testing and system integrations; knowledge of automation strategies and continuous improvement of quality processes.
