This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Publish job openings across various job boards, social media, and employment groups.

• Conduct active searches and screen candidates' resumes.

• Carry out phone and virtual interviews.

• Validate candidates' profiles, experience, and availability.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain continuous communication with candidates.

• Follow up during the different stages of the recruitment process.

• Present candidates who meet the required profile.

• Keep reports and progress updated for each recruitment process.

• Achieve the established coverage objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical or university studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection for commercial positions.

• Experience recruiting for commercial profiles, field sales, call centers, or operational roles.

• Proficient in using job boards, social media, and digital recruitment tools.

• Must have a computer, stable internet connection, and a mobile phone.

• Availability to work 100% remotely and by objectives.

• It is desirable to have a portfolio, candidate database, or personal recruitment sources.

• Effective communication skills.

• Results-oriented mindset.

• Strong organization and planning abilities.

• Proactive and autonomous.

• Ability to follow up effectively.

• Sense of urgency and commitment.
