Freelance de Atracción de Talento

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the assigned recruitment and selection processes, implementing mass recruitment strategies.

• Post job vacancies on job boards, universities, municipalities, the Ministry of Labor, and social media platforms.

• Conduct interviews to validate experience and competencies.

• Reach out to leaders and provide shortlists of potential candidates.

• Finalize processes by onboarding new staff into the system.

• Follow up with candidates until their entry into the company.

• Send reports and updated information regarding the progress of the processes.

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mass recruitment (customer service, sales, etc.) and posting on multiple job boards.

• Preferably experience in recruiting profiles from the financial/banking sector.

• Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous processes.

• Experience with agile screening and mass interviews.

• University studies are valued.

• Targeted towards individuals with moderate hearing disabilities (41 to 55 dB) or visual impairments (reduced vision or low vision).
