This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Reach out to businesses and professionals via telephone.

• Recognize opportunities and assess potential leads.

• Perform market research and engage in information collection activities.

• Arrange appointments for sales and business development teams.

• Verify and enhance customer data and CRM records.

• Precisely document conversations and their outcomes.

• Represent clients in a professional and positive manner.

• Assist with lead generation, appointment scheduling, market research, customer and prospect outreach, data validation, database enhancement, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Proficient in Swiss German, both spoken and written.

• Good command of the English language.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

• Strong communication and telephone skills.
