Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions lasting between 90 and 150 minutes, primarily online, utilizing session designs and written briefs crafted by Programme Scientists.

• Prepare at least five working days in advance based on the provided written brief for each session.

• Facilitate structured practice, which includes small-group discussions, feedback, and real-time coaching.

• Navigate various participant dynamics, such as skeptical senior attendees, quiet groups, and those focused on debate.

• Provide concise written session notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Engage in accreditation prior to the initial client session.

• Stay open to observation and constructive feedback post-sessions.

• There may be opportunities to extend the role to include follow-up coaching with the same group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences within a corporate environment.

• Proficient in online delivery, including managing breakout groups, maintaining engagement through camera use, and overseeing session logistics.

• Comfortable presenting material that you did not create while adhering to a defined structure.

• Adept at leading practice sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adult learners.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session note submissions.

• Fluent in professional English, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior audiences.

• Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across diverse cultures.

• Desirable: coaching qualifications or experience in delivering one-on-one and group coaching.

• Desirable: proficiency in additional languages or experience engaging with international groups working in a second language.

• Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design methodologies.
