Freelance Corporate Facilitator – Leadership & Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Conduct live sessions that typically last between 90 to 150 minutes, primarily in an online format.

• Utilize session designs and written briefs provided by the Programme Scientist.

• Prepare for each session at least five working days in advance based on the provided brief.

• Facilitate small-group activities, offer feedback, and mentor participants throughout the sessions.

• Handle challenging senior participants, engage quiet groups, and manage those who prefer discussion over practice.

• Submit concise written notes within 48 hours following each session.

• Participate in accreditation prior to the initial client session.

• Maintain openness to observation and constructive feedback.

• Potentially offer follow-up coaching to the same group, depending on their seniority and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions targeted at professional or managerial audiences in a corporate environment.

• Proficient online delivery skills, including managing breakout groups and overseeing online session logistics.

• Comfortable presenting material that is not personally authored while following a specified structure.

• Proficient in conducting practice sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adult learners.

• Dependable, punctual, responsive, and consistent in delivering session notes.

• Fluent in professional English with the ability to engage with senior-level audiences.

• Desirable: experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or working across diverse cultures.

• Desirable: coaching qualifications or experience in delivering individual and group coaching.

• Desirable: proficiency in additional languages or experience working with international cohorts in a second language.

• Desirable: familiarity with evidence-based learning design principles.
