• Manage and expand paid Bing Ads/Microsoft Advertising campaigns across a collection of accounts sharing the same brand identity.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO from the outset.

• Assume complete responsibility for advertising accounts.

• Proven experience in managing real advertising spend on Bing Ads/Microsoft Advertising.

• Capability to demonstrate campaign outcomes.

• Full autonomy over accounts without requiring guidance.

• Direct, quick communication style and comfort with straightforward feedback.

• Ability to work independently amid uncertainty and evolving circumstances.

• Willingness to accept performance-based compensation and fluctuating weekly metrics.

• Availability for fully remote freelance work.

• Time tracking must be done using the company's tool.

• A non-disclosure agreement with a non-compete clause is necessary.
