This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide insights on fraud trends, attack patterns, and new threats.
• Convert fraud insights into strategic recommendations, product direction, or operational enhancements.
• Collaborate across teams to shape product strategy, business initiatives, and customer outcomes.
• Establish trusted relationships with executive stakeholders within both internal and external organizations.
• Represent SentiLink through industry engagement, thought leadership, and executive conversations.
• Assist in defining best practices for fraud prevention, identity, and risk management.
• Stay informed on new fraud techniques, technologies, and market trends.
• Join the team associated with the role and report directly to that function, assuming ownership and accountability from the start.
• Over 10 years of experience in fraud, fraud risk, financial crimes, identity, trust & safety, or related areas.
• Proven experience in leading fraud strategy, fraud operations, fraud risk, or similar functions within a financial institution, fintech, payments company, insurer, marketplace, or another regulated sector.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and propel strategic initiatives.
• Profound curiosity regarding fraud, identity, and new attack vectors.
• Strategic thinker who thrives on tackling complex and ambiguous challenges.
• Strong sense of ownership with a propensity for action.
• Excellent executive presence and the capability to establish credibility swiftly.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with technical, operational, and executive audiences.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must reside in or intend to relocate to the United States by the start of employment.
