Fraud Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a customer-facing expert in Fraud and Identity throughout pre-sales, onboarding, and ongoing growth.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to develop product implementation strategies, assess risk profiles, and align Jumio’s technical solutions with business goals.

• Facilitate effective customer onboarding and deployment while navigating regulatory, legal, or operational challenges.

• Work alongside new and existing clients to assess risk profiles and create customized fraud strategies.

• Offer insights on risk reduction, user friction, and the optimization of verification workflows.

• Create standardized identity workflows within the Jumio product tailored for various verticals and use cases.

• Identify and address technical, regulatory, or policy-related obstacles during the launch process.

• Guide customer risk and fraud teams on new fraud trends and industry best practices.

• Confirm implementation milestones, success criteria, and alignment with Jumio’s best practices.

• Manage go-live planning, conduct readiness reviews, and oversee execution on the day of launch.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in fraud, identity, AML/KYC, digital risk, or a similar field, including significant customer-facing roles in consulting, technical account management, solutions, professional services, product, or implementation.

• Strong consultative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with an emphasis on risk strategy and workflow design.

• Project Management capabilities and the aptitude to coordinate cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, and Legal/Compliance to achieve results for Jumio clients.

• Ability to simplify complex, technical fraud concepts into clear, value-oriented narratives for executive stakeholders.

• Preferred: Experience in identity verification, fraud, compliance, fintech, or enterprise software solutions.

• Preferred: Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, or implementation methodologies.

• Preferred: Project management certification or equivalent experience.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with global enterprise clients.

• Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
