Fraud Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee real-time transactions and customer activities identified as potential fraud or abuse.

• Examine transactions in accordance with internal policies and evaluation methods.

• Assess account trends utilizing internal systems and tools.

• Investigate fraud and user behavior to support machine learning models, rules, and detection systems.

• Work in collaboration with analysts, operations specialists, data scientists, and engineering teams.

• Maintain a robust understanding of fraud prevention methods and technologies.

• Achieve or surpass SLAs for the prompt resolution of pending cases.

• Address escalations from both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis and a comfort with making significant decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes uncertain environment.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong business acumen and communication skills.

• Ability to initiate tasks independently and operate with minimal supervision after training.

• Required experience with Claude or similar large language model tools.

• Comfortable using AI to improve productivity, research, and communication.

• Availability for full-time work from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm local time.
