Fraud Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee real-time transactions and customer activities identified for potential fraud and abuse.

• Conduct investigations on transactions utilizing internal policies and review methods.

• Examine account trends using internal systems and tools.

• Investigate fraud and user behavior to aid in the development of machine learning models, rules, and detection systems.

• Collaborate with analysts, operations specialists, data scientists, and engineering teams.

• Maintain a robust understanding of fraud prevention methods and technologies.

• Achieve or surpass service level agreements (SLAs) for prompt case resolution.

• Manage escalations from both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in analyzing data and making significant decisions in a dynamic and occasionally uncertain environment.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong business acumen and communication skills.

• Capacity to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision following training.

• Proven experience utilizing Claude or similar large language model tools is essential.

• Comfortable using AI to boost productivity, research, and communication.

• Must be available to work full-time from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm local time.
