This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Interact with RBC clients via phone, email, and various communication channels to provide an exceptional client experience and assist in safeguarding clients.

• Inform and guide clients on immediate security requirements while offering customized solutions to avert fraud-related losses.

• Address issues at the initial point of contact in a courteous and supportive manner.

• Contribute to team success by assisting colleagues in fulfilling client requirements.

• Foster and nurture relationships with partners to function cohesively as one RBC.

• Manage risks by following compliance protocols, processes, and controls to safeguard client and shareholder interests.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service position where you provided a range of needs-based solutions.

• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven capability to establish rapport while effectively analyzing and identifying solutions to mitigate risks and safeguard our clients.

• A strong desire to create outstanding client experiences, combined with a passion and curiosity to assist clients in meeting their needs and addressing their concerns.

• Full availability for various shifts from Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to Midnight; the department operates 24/7.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in a team-oriented and metrics-driven performance environment is a plus.

• Previous experience in a Contact/Call Centre or within a fast-paced financial and/or service industry is an advantage.

• Bilingualism in French/English is considered an asset.

• Candidates must reside in Winnipeg or British Columbia.

• Capability to meet technological and confidentiality requirements, including having a private and quiet workspace and reliable Internet connectivity.
