This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Supervise franchise recruitment efforts across the Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan markets.
• Manage all franchise lead activities utilizing Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with Mac Tools leadership to ensure franchise candidate selections align with business goals, growth, integrity, and retention.
• Identify and strategize recruiting focus areas within the designated territory.
• Reach out to and oversee franchise candidate leads generated from various lead-generation initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and prompt responsiveness.
• Develop and disseminate best practices for recruiting to the Recruiting team.
• Engage in extensive networking to source candidates for available positions.
• Create and manage metrics, reports, and pipelines for candidate lead reporting.
• Coordinate with team members to facilitate successful franchise launches.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior sales experience in a long sales cycle or within the consumer goods sector.
• Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of a Mac Tools Franchise.
• Proficient understanding and experience with Salesforce software and analytics for lead management.
• Strong skills in interviewing, selling, and closing.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and initiating successful candidates.
• Expertise in creating reporting tools.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to perform tasks that require attention to detail.
• Ability to simultaneously manage and lead multiple projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Must reside within the managed territory: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of each month.
