Franchise District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Manage various franchise-operated travel centers across a specific geographic region.

• Provide support, encouragement, and assistance to franchise locations.

• Lead and hold franchise partners accountable for their agreements.

• Convey TA System standards and a clear vision to site leadership.

• Drive objectives related to safety, franchise expansion, site performance, service quality, and visual appeal of locations.

• Aid sites in delivering an exceptional customer experience while adhering to the TA System.

• Conduct random compliance checks through site inspections, feedback collection, and follow-up on corrective actions.

• Track key performance indicators and relay improvement opportunities to site management and stakeholders.

• Assist with the construction or renovation of new franchise locations to ensure compliance with approved designs and TA Petro standards.

• Participate in opening ceremonies and acknowledge outstanding service standards and initiatives.

• Collaborate with the TA Petro Franchise Team to support, develop, and enhance franchise locations.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in a multi-unit leadership capacity, demonstrating proven positive outcomes.

• Strong planning and analytical skills, including proficiency in P&L, coverage ratio, budget, and expense report calculations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with POS software.

• Knowledge of industry best practices, technical procedures, systems, software, and relevant regulations.

• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight trips.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Capacity to perform physical tasks and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and around elements such as fumes, particles, moving mechanical parts, vibrations, dirt, dust, grease, oil, gas, and concentrated cleaning agents.
