This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Provide support, encouragement, and assistance to franchise locations within the assigned geographic area.
• Exhibit leadership and ensure franchise partners are held accountable to their agreements.
• Communicate the standards of the TA System and offer guidance to leadership teams.
• Drive initiatives related to safety, franchise growth, site success, service quality, and location aesthetics.
• Assist sites in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with TA System standards through site inspections, feedback, and necessary corrective actions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and relay improvement opportunities to site management and principals.
• Aid in the construction or renovation of new franchise locations to confirm adherence to approved plans and TA Petro standards.
• Participate in opening ceremonies and acknowledge outstanding service standards and activities.
• Collaborate with the TA Petro Franchise Team to support, enhance, develop, and improve franchise locations.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• A High School Diploma (or GED) is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role is preferred, demonstrating proven positive outcomes.
• Strong planning and analytical skills, including proficiency in P&L, coverage ratio, budget, and expense report calculations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with POS software.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, technical procedures, systems, software, and applicable government regulations.
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight trips.
• A valid driver's license is required.
