This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain and refresh biweekly email distribution lists for various brand and audience segments.
• Create proofs for the franchisee newsletter within Salesforce and oversee approvals on a twice-weekly basis.
• Develop and upload customized email distribution lists in Salesforce for special communications and targeted campaigns.
• Distribute the franchisee newsletter two times a week.
• Generate and disseminate the monthly actions checklist.
• Upload articles to the intranet, ensuring that content is up-to-date and accurately tagged.
• Coordinate the timing and content of distributions with the international team as needed.
• Monitor corporate communications and the corporate news inbox, triaging and directing requests appropriately.
• Assist in communications directed at franchisees regarding procurement, marketing, revenue management, IT, and brand initiatives.
• Write and edit corporate communications, including emails, news updates, marketing promotions, brand announcements, and operations updates.
• Provide research, writing, editing, and proofreading assistance.
• Oversee the legal approval process for corporate communications.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Preferred experience in the hospitality industry and/or franchise relations/communications.
• Familiarity with Associated Press style guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong preference for experience with Salesforce Account Engagement.
• Experience with content management and email distribution platforms is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple overlapping production schedules.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing and editorial capabilities.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
