
Franchise Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with franchisees, including master franchisees in Canada and Mexico, to implement best operational practices and ensure uniform performance.
• Assist with new gym openings and presales in the markets we support.
• Propel membership growth, maximize Personal Training revenue, and improve Group Fitness offerings.
• Analyze sales trends and develop action plans for gyms that are underperforming.
• Train and mentor franchise team members.
• Track member satisfaction metrics and address any identified gaps.
• Lead annual business reviews and conduct quarterly check-ins.
• Execute corporate programs and initiatives at franchise locations, tailoring rollouts for master franchisee markets.
• Provide strategic guidance and proactive assistance to franchisees in both domestic and international markets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with franchisees and master franchisee leadership teams.
• Advocate for franchisee success and enhance business outcomes.
• Mentor franchise teams and cultivate local leadership skills.
• Promote a culture of accountability, inclusivity, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Ensure the consistency of Crunch's values, mission, member experience, and brand standards across all supported countries.
• Encourage community involvement and improve Crunch's reputation and customer loyalty within local markets.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related area.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in franchise operations or multi-unit business management, ideally in the fitness sector or a related field.
• Experience with master franchisees or in international/multi-country franchise operations is preferred.
• A proven history of driving operational success and forming strong partnerships.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Cultural fluency to engage effectively across U.S., Canadian, and Mexican markets.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
• Capability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for performance enhancement.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally; travel requirement is over 50%.
• A valid passport is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands across various markets and time zones.
