This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate across various functions to support international franchisees in the UK.
• Cultivate relationships with franchisees to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, market share, and profitability.
• Uphold and protect the Papa John’s brand while promoting its culture and core values.
• Assist the Business Director in boosting market share and sales for designated units and markets.
• Aid franchisees in formulating business plans and fostering trusting, respectful relationships.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure adherence to product, service, and image standards.
• Facilitate franchisee access to regional and corporate resources, providing follow-up as necessary.
• Monitor and assess monthly P&Ls for new franchisees during their first year.
• Collaborate with Finance for financial reviews within 120 days of business initiation.
• Analyze P&L and cash flow performance, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Assess investment requirements and cost-effectiveness in conjunction with the development team.
• Assist in the rollout of new products, procedures, equipment, and corporate or regional initiatives.
• Participate in franchise business meetings and support presentations regarding business strategies and performance.
• Coordinate pre-opening activities, resources, training, and preparations for new units.
• Support the training of new franchisees and advise the regional team on any additional training requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Control Centers on product quality, cost management, and compliance inspections.
• Ensure that stores are inspected and comply with company standards.
• Assist in the site review and approval process for new stores in partnership with the development department.
• Proven experience or the ability to work collaboratively across marketing, training, R&D/SCM, finance, development, and quality control teams.
• Capability to support international franchisees in the UK effectively.
• Proficiency in analyzing monthly P&Ls and cash flow performance.
• Competence in evaluating investments and assessing cost-effectiveness.
• Skill in reviewing business plans, sales metrics, market share, profitability, financial stability, customer satisfaction, management depth, people practices, and related business activities.
• Ability to coordinate pre-opening preparations, training sessions, equipment, resources, and compliance tasks.
• Expertise in inspecting stores and ensuring compliance with company standards.
