This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Conduct research on new frameworks and translate them into requirements aligned with the existing control library.

• Assess the control library for any inefficiencies or unnecessary requirements to maintain its clarity and focus.

• Develop automations or customer documentation to assist clients in efficiently meeting their requirements.

• Enhance the compliance product to simplify the compliance process for customers.

• Incorporate support for new frameworks and ensure that existing frameworks are updated according to changes.

• Expand the control library as the compliance platform evolves.

• Proven experience in establishing security programs from the ground up to fulfill compliance requirements.

• Self-motivated individual; capable of taking initiative, adapting swiftly, thriving in uncertainty, and creating processes from scratch.

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.

• Proficient in editing structured JSON configuration files.

• Capability to write basic scripts for rule updates and validation checks.

• Strong logical reasoning and technical fluency.

• Experience in engineering or coding is an advantage.

• Previous experience in scaling an early-stage startup from Seed to Series A or beyond is a plus.
