Fractional Cold Caller – Part-time Sr. SDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Achieve 10–12 connections daily with around 50–60 dials each day

• Conduct outreach to new accounts solely through cold calling

• Utilize the provided resources, tools, scripts, training, and systems

• Record call results following the company’s disposition process

• Engage in a 10-minute phone screening if deemed qualified

• Participate in a 2-hour live cold calling session utilizing the company’s system, list, dialer, and script

• Establish a start date upon receiving an offer

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong cold calling capabilities

• Must make calls during USA business hours

• Required to be pre-certified by Outbound Operators

• Ability to dedicate 2.5 hours per day, on a month-to-month basis

• Must have experience operating a fractional SDR or cold calling service

• Capable of thriving in a remote work setting

• Experience in cold calling or similar roles, such as door-to-door sales

• Availability for 40 hours per month

• Must achieve 10–12 connections daily with approximately 50–60 dials

• Completion of the mandatory 2-hour live cold calling pre-certification session is essential

• Must currently reside and work in the US or Canada
