FP&A Specialist

📋 Description

• Create financial models, rolling forecasts, and projections.

• Perform scenario analysis, profitability assessments, pricing evaluations, and financial feasibility studies.

• Assist in the company’s strategic decision-making processes.

• Lead intricate end-to-end analyses, challenge existing assumptions, and pinpoint opportunities.

• Convert data into actionable recommendations that facilitate decision-making.

• Utilize data technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence to enhance analytical capabilities.

• Develop a more proactive, scalable, and future-focused FP&A function.

• Investigate how artificial intelligence can revolutionize processes, experiences, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Substantial experience in FP&A, emphasizing financial modeling, planning, and rolling forecasts.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, profitability analysis, margins, pricing, cost structures, and performance drivers.

• Experience in constructing projection models, simulating scenarios, conducting sensitivity analyses, and executing financial feasibility studies.

• Advanced Excel proficiency, with the capability to build complex, structured, and auditable financial models.

• Expertise in SQL and Python or R for managing large datasets, conducting exploratory analysis, and automating financial processes.

• Enthusiasm for exploring generative AI applications and developing intelligent solutions for financial planning and analysis.

• Capability to integrate financial and operational data, evaluate economic impacts, and aid strategic decision-making.

• Familiarity with or interest in artificial intelligence technologies, encompassing tools, applications, and concepts.
