FP&A Manager, Earned Rebates

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of financial forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analyses for rebate initiatives.

• Supervise the deliverables of analysts and senior analysts, ensuring precision and quality.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology teams to design, implement, and sustain scalable financial data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

• Create and maintain automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes.

• Establish data requirements, business rules, and governance standards for rebate forecasting and reporting.

• Utilize SQL, Python, and cloud-native technologies to transform, validate, and analyze extensive datasets.

• Assist in enterprise reporting and visualization solutions utilizing Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.

• Lead a small team while fostering continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics, business intelligence, or a related area.

• At least 3 years of strong SQL/Python and data analysis expertise using large datasets for financial and business decision-making.

• Over 3 years of experience with Excel and financial modeling, which includes forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis.

• Proven experience in leading analytics or finance professionals and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Familiarity with implementing data quality controls, reconciliation processes, and governance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Preferred: experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Preferred: experience using Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, or similar cloud analytics platforms.

• Preferred: experience in data pipeline development, automation, or data transformation.

• Preferred: experience in the healthcare, PBM, pharmaceutical, rebate, or similar analytics environments.
