This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
β’ Assist in strategic planning, operational forecasting, and corporate decision-making support.
β’ Collaborate closely on active mergers and acquisitions execution.
β’ Take ownership of the consolidated corporate model.
β’ Lead the development of rolling forecasts.
β’ Create reporting for executive-level insights.
β’ Oversee financial modeling for M&A, due diligence, and post-merger integration processes.
β’ Develop valuation models and pro forma projections for combined-entity P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, incorporating Quality of Earnings (QoE) adjustments.
β’ Simulate financing scenarios under various deal conditions.
β’ Manage financial diligence workstreams, normalize EBITDA, analyze working capital, validate management adjustments, and synthesize findings.
β’ Monitor post-transaction integration performance against established plans.
β’ Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for lenders, including financial statements, covenant compliance calculations, and supporting schedules.
β’ Contribute to the monthly financial reporting package.
β’ Assist in long-term planning, capital allocation, and assessment of organic growth investments.
β’ 4β7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development within a private equity-backed company.
β’ Proven experience with complex transaction modeling and financial due diligence.
β’ Advanced skills in Excel modeling: including three-statement models, LBO, accretion/dilution models, and sources & uses analysis.
β’ Direct experience in a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue business, with a strong understanding of growth drivers and unit economics.
β’ Experience overseeing recurring operating-finance deliverables, including monthly reporting, cash forecasting, and lender/covenant reporting.
β’ Strong understanding of GAAP, adjusted EBITDA methodologies, and quality-of-earnings concepts.
β’ Exceptional written communication skills, capable of translating analysis into executive-ready presentations.
β’ Willingness to work during overlapping US Eastern hours during active transaction phases.
β’ Prior experience supporting US-based sponsors or sponsor-backed corporations is preferred.
β’ Experience with lender and covenant reporting in a leveraged or sponsor-backed setting is preferred.
β’ CFA designation is preferred.
