This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead Osigu’s global financial planning and analysis operations across its five LATAM markets
• Deliver strategic insights to aid the executive team in decision-making
• Formulate and oversee annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term plans
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budgeted figures and present recommendations to the CFO and executive team
• Supervise financial models for strategic initiatives, investments, expansions, and M&A decisions
• Manage consolidated financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and board basis
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, CX, Technology, and People to align financial strategies with operational objectives
• Lead and cultivate the FP&A Analyst team
• Oversee the implementation of Runway as the main FP&A tool, transitioning from Excel for driver-based modeling and forecast management
• Ensure two-way integration between Odoo and Runway for real-time accounting data, headcount planning, and collections forecasting
• Co-lead the redesign of the ERP Chart of Accounts to enhance P&L visibility by market and product
• Supervise variance narratives and draft Board Packs utilizing AI tools
• Continuously assess forecast accuracy
• Lead the structuring, execution, monitoring, submission, and support of debt and fundraising due diligence
• Report directly to the CFO and act as the primary financial liaison for various business functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in FP&A or financial planning, including at least 2 years in leadership positions
• Experience in technology, fintech, or rapidly growing startups within LATAM
• Proficiency in English at B2–C1 level / advanced English
• Advanced financial modeling expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis using Excel and BI tools
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and Google Sheets for executive dashboards
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle
• Understanding of IFRS/GAAP and LATAM financial regulatory frameworks
• Practical experience using AI to automate financial models and data analysis
• Strategic mindset capable of linking financial data to business objectives
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information to non-financial audiences
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with a results-driven approach
• MBA or CPA/CFA designation preferred
• Desirable experience in healthtech or fintech within LATAM, familiarity with SaaS metrics, CPA/CFA certification, and exposure to due diligence or M&A processes
