This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.
• Conduct and evaluate financial modeling, economic research, return rates, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, budget comparisons, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning, and expense assessments.
• Create findings, recommendations, consolidated financial plans, and insights for management.
• Develop and uphold operational specifications for financial information systems.
• Analyze business development and monitor performance metrics by unit, division, or group.
• Assist with annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, strategic and long-range planning, management reporting, and performance evaluations.
• Perform analysis on costs, margins, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.
• Engage in scenario and what-if modeling.
• Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, variance analyses, planning inputs, and forecasting assumptions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with FP&A standards.
• Develop performance commentary and outputs suitable for management.
• Utilize Excel, Power BI, and IA to facilitate dashboards and reports.
• Standardize templates, driver-based models, and automation solutions.
• Assist in enhancing planning and reporting workflows, testing, data validation, and the adoption of new FP&A tools.
• Monitor and document improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and the quality of insights.
• Provide performance analysis and insights to finance and business stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for performance reviews and planning discussions.
• Translate financial analyses into clear, concise, and decision-relevant insights.
• Address ad hoc analytical requests in a structured and timely manner.
• Lead and oversee projects from design to implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Mentor, guide, coach, and train colleagues and employees.
• Manage large, moderately complex, strategically significant initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, or for degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Mastery-level expertise in the specialty area along with a working knowledge of multiple other areas.
• Potentially possess deep knowledge of project management.
• Advanced education complemented by practical experience.
• Capability to work independently to implement strategic objectives and establish operational plans.
• Ability to devise solutions for unique challenges and enhance processes and systems.
• Skilled in interacting with internal and external customers, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Competence in conducting briefings with senior leaders and negotiating with others.
• Proficiency in providing guidance, coaching, and training to employees.
• Experience in managing large, moderately complex strategic initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
