FP&A Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and assessment of the annual budget and ongoing financial forecasts.

• Analyze actual performance against budget and forecast figures, helping to identify and clarify variances.

• Update and manage financial performance reports, as well as structure the management income statement (DRE).

• Facilitate collaboration with the Accounting team during the monthly closing process.

• Ensure accurate allocation of costs and expenses by Cost Center.

• Help in the preparation of materials and presentations for Management and Executive Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or a similar field.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with advanced skills in pivot tables, logical functions, and handling large datasets.

• Intermediate understanding of income statement (DRE) structure and fundamental knowledge of financial accounting.

• Preferred: Prior experience in finance, including internships or assistant-level positions.

• Preferred: Familiarity with GCP, Azure, AWS, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or TM1.

• Preferred: Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.

• Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful, consistent insights.

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure numerical accuracy and avoid reporting errors.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with non-financial teams to gather financial information.
