FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in monitoring budgets, financial modeling, and forecasting across Influur's various business segments.

• Develop financial models with well-organized structures and clearly documented assumptions.

• Evaluate financial data and convert insights into actionable strategies for leadership.

• Utilize financial modeling principles for budgeting, contingency planning, rebudgeting cycles, and investor-grade reporting.

• Collaborate closely with the FP&A Lead within Influur's AI-driven finance team.

• Take full ownership of the monthly budget vs. actual tracking process within the initial 90 days.

• Participate in at least one complete rebudget cycle.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and modeling processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, financial consulting, or a similar analytical position.

• Proven financial modeling expertise — capable of constructing a model from the ground up with a clean layout and documented assumptions.

• Proficient in advanced (intermediate) Excel / Google Sheets — adept at using formulas, structuring data, and working independently without a template.

• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and the interconnections among the three financial statements.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher (in writing, speaking, and reading).

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with multi-business-unit or multi-entity P&L environments is a plus.

• Interest in AI tools applied in finance is advantageous.

• Experience in supporting investor reporting or board-level materials is a plus.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth company is favorable.
