Client Financial Services – Cash Posting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently post client and insurance payments.

• Reconcile accounts and investigate payment discrepancies to identify and resolve issues.

• Enter and maintain financial data with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Address account-related inquiries and deliver professional, service-oriented support.

• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to address payment and account challenges.

• Organize financial records and prioritize multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and other financial tools to facilitate daily cash-posting operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Experience or familiarity with insurance billing and collection processes.

• Understanding of electronic funds transfers (EFTs), explanations of benefits (EOBs), and essential medical and insurance terminology.

• Preferably possess experience in cash-posting or accounts receivable.

• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding is beneficial.

• Strong attention to detail, along with skills in data entry, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organization.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
